A design and build residence at Steyn City: five en suite bedrooms across three storeys, cantilevered concrete planes held by a single black steel line, a linear pool set into the lawn and a rooftop bar above a triple volume void.

The architecture is a study in cantilevered concrete planes, drawn together by a single black steel line that runs from the garage court to the garden edge. Full height glazing opens the living volumes to covered terraces on both faces of the house, and an entry water feature draws you in from the street.

This is a turnkey proposition. The erf, the architectural design, the engineering and the construction are delivered under one contract at a fixed price, a complete home from foundation to fountain with no separate land or build negotiations. The residence is currently in construction, with project management by DL Projects. Villa 40 Steyn City will be complete and offered turnkey by the end of December 2026.

A linear pool is set into a landscaped lawn with a sun deck and a boma at its edge, the outdoor room where the house turns to face the garden. Covered terraces run along both faces, sheltering a braai and a dining table beneath the cantilevered floors above.
